The Luke's and the Reynold's are on their way!!

LeeAnn Luke called us the other day and told us they have their date of September 19th, 2008!! Talk about sacrifice -- this family just adopted 5 of the most beautiful girls from Ukraine. Not even a year later, and still reeling financially from the adoption, they agreed to host a child through the foundation. Long story short, they fell in love and are adopting a little boy -- Dimitrio -- from Sumy. Their sacrifice to get him here is literally pushing them to sell all they have. They are on their way to perfection as per the Bible: "Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven..." -Matt. 19:21

Tonight, even more good news...the Reynolds left a message that they are going on Sept 2! Their little Pasha is a handsome, kind little fellow who will be a son to make them proud. We don't know their circumstances or when they are going, but similarly, they are surely sacrificing a great deal to make Pasha's life better, and will be doing the same for themselves.

Lastly, we know that Arrianna Rogers, the Milne's and the Jorgenson family also have a date in the next few months. We are so happy for them. Needless to say, we are hoping for any news that would indicate that our family is any closer to even getting a date. It's time for us to start moving along in this process.
