Thank you, Alyson..

Alyson is our 11-year old neighbor. She met Yuliya back in October '07. Alyson has asked us every time she sees us how close we are, and how excited she is to have Yuliya as a friend. She's promised to make Yuliya feel welcome, help her learn English, and be her friend at church and school so she doesn't feel lonely. I gave Alyson our blog address on Sunday.

So Alyson, just in case you are reading this, Carrie and I want to tell you how reassuring it is to know that Yuliya already has a friend like you. You're such a kind, loving girl and Yuliya will be blessed to know you. Yuliya will feel the light of Christ that's in your heart. Thank you for being such an amazing person!
